When Will It End? 2025 - ongoing

Using handmade pinhole cameras and long exposures, Dario Sollberger transforms himself from mortal into immortal ghost, present in every image but never fully alive in any of them. The work extends into sculpture, building objects that promise something endless and then reveal the promise as a trick. Across both, he tests what it means to inhabit a body that cannot die, and finds the same answer each time. Without an end, desire loses its object and the self is left circling itself with nowhere to go.
